Prosegur Change is a new entity that has emerged after a successful acquisition of ChangeGroup by Prosegur Cash in October 2022.
The purpose of this joint venture is to combine Prosegur's expertise in cash management services along with ChangeGroup's 30 years of expertise in providing financial services to tourists, including, foreign currency exchange and tax refunds.
Prosegur Change's mission is to become the world leader in currency exchange, with prominent offsite presence, including airports and city centers, as well strong online distribution.

Sending Money at Prosegur Change
When sending money, please provide the following to our friendly team at Prosegur Change branches:
- Your full name and a government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver’s licence, identity or residency card.
- Recipient’s full name, matching their government-issued ID.
- Receiving WU Agent or the recipient’s location, allowing us to determine theirnearest agent.
- For larger transactions, you may need to provide proof of source of funds, soplease ensure you have a bank statement, pay slip, tax return, or any other applicable document proving source of funds, with you.
You can pay for your transfer by cash or via credit or debit card. Pass on the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) printed on your form to your receiver. You can then relax, knowing that your remittance is all taken care of.
